**IPCC GWP Flexibility – The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) releases assessment reports which analyze the available scientific information on climate change, and include the global warming potentials (GWPs) of greenhouse gases. Atrius breaks down CO2e emission factors into their source GHG factors (N2O, CH4, CO2) and which grants our customers flexibility in selecting their preferred GWP’s to be applied to their carbon calculations.
***Market-Based Calculations (Green-e®): We support the Green-e® Residual Mix Emissions Rates, for market-based electricity emissions in the U.S. These factors are adjusted to remove all Green-e® Energy certified sales for each eGRID subregion.
