Managing building-level totals just got easier.
- Add to Building Totals – Configure hundreds of point scopes in a single step, automatically creating aggregated Totaled Points where needed.
- Totaled Points – Work like Calculated Points but focus on basic aggregation, saving you from complex custom formulas.
- NEW! Whole Building Flag – Reference whole-building data in dashboards with a simple flag instead of hunting down point names. Your cards stay up to date automatically, even if a scope changes.
Why it matters: Less manual effort, more reliable reporting across your building portfolio.
Enhanced Emissions & Fiscal Year Reporting
We’ve introduced new tools to make emissions reporting more accurate and audit-ready.
- Saved Reports – Lock in a snapshot of emissions totals and factor assignments at a specific point in time, preventing future edits from altering historical values.
- Audit-Proof Data – Display Saved Reports in the Emissions app or on dashboards for easy comparisons against baselines.
- Fiscal Year Alignment – Align reporting more flexibly with your business cycles.
Why it matters: Stronger audit trails, historical consistency, and simpler compliance reporting.
Easier Portfolio Management with CSV Configurations
For customers managing large building portfolios:
- Building Group CSV Configurations – Download a pre-populated template, update assignments in bulk, and re-upload directly to Atrius.
- Quickly transfer group assignments from other systems of record or streamline your ongoing management process.
Why it matters: Save hours when managing building group data at scale.
New Emissions Settings Tab
- Emissions Settings – Now accessible directly within the Emissions app, not only at the Organization level.
Why it matters: Faster, more convenient access to the settings you use most often.
Expanded Emission Factor Support for Waste
- Waste emission factors from UK DEFRA are now included.
- New unit conversions: Added weight-to-volume waste conversions from the U.S. EPA.
Why it matters: More complete emissions tracking across a wider set of sustainability activities.
Audit-Ready Bill Management
Utility bill management is now more transparent and secure.
- Source bill PDFs from Capturis integrations are now automatically stored alongside utility data.
- Attach multiple files to bill point readings for manual entries, multi-page bills, or supplemental documentation.
- CSV exports now include links to download associated files.
Why it matters: Easier audits, stronger record-keeping, and confidence in the accuracy of every utility reading.
